Caterers Of Heart.

Feelings, emotions are all a part of us. We humans. They are the caterers of your heart. They have an impact on your mind.

You basically cannot fool yourself with them.

Our heart is something that God truly made with care (Yeah, he made the body too! 😛 ). Heart is from where you feel.

But when you just keep on collecting your feelings and emotions, firstly you don’t leave any place for new feelings that may be something heavenly. Something new. Something different. Secondly, you pile up things in your heart so much that you just can’t live in peace.  Believe me.

Fred Rogers had said, “Part of the problem with the word ‘disabilities’ is that it immediately suggests an inability to see or hear or walk or do other things that many of us take for granted. But what of people who can’t feel? Or talk about their feelings? Or manage their feelings in constructive ways? What of people who aren’t able to form close and strong relationships? And people who cannot find fulfillment in their lives, or those who have lost hope, who live in disappointment and bitterness and find in life no joy, no love? These, it seems to me, are the real disabilities.”

You have this very beautiful life. You have the chance and the very ability to express and do what you feel!

 

Maybe not for someone, but say it out for yourself!

The emotion that can break your heart is sometimes the very one that heals it.

Saying what you feel and revealing your emotions doesn’t make you weak or something. It just gives you more strength.

To endure.

To share.

To reveal.

It just might create a heaven of happiness or might make it hell of sadness. But you become free. Free from inside. And that is how you be who you are. Wait for time, if required. But always say and do what you feel. Being emotional is not always being sensitive.

Being emotional shows the power of your inner you. To hide is easy, to open up is equally difficult. And to open up in front of the right person, is pure bliss.

If you love a boy or a girl, go say them. If you want to hug somebody, do it. If you want to point out someone’s mistake, do it. If you want to express your true feelings to your parents, do it. if you feel that some one is not right, say it (in a polite manner if possible :P). If you can’t take it anymore, just don’t take it. If you are angry on someone, calm yourself down first, and then tell that person about whatever you were angry for.

It just might turn out to be the best thing of your life.

Keeping emotions inside for a long time, might just create a havoc.

Don’t play with your own heart. Feel it and express 🙂 .
